iPhone migration is best for customers who don’t have a backup and want to transfer all their data before leaving the store.
iPhone migration transfers data from one iPhone to a new iPhone, either wired or wirelessly.
As long as both phones are running iOS 12.4 or later, the Quick Start screen on their current iPhone will automatically offer iPhone migration.
Even if customers choose to use iPhone migration, let them know they should still back up their data to iCloud. That way, they’ll always have a copy of their information—even if they lose their phone.
