El Capitan. no packages were eligible for install.

you may found this error while restoring to Mac OS EL CAPITAN.

this is the solution

1 go to recovery (Shutdown Mac and restart press Command R)

2 use disk utility and format the drive (by formatting you will lose your data

3 shut off wifi or unplug ethernet cord.

4 go to utilities -terminal and type date 0115124517

5 it will show new date with new time it should be jan 1 12:45 2017

and restart your Mac and try again the restore process.
